Actor Highlights: Diane Marmann

Diane P. Marmann (Ethel/Eleanor) is thrilled to be back on the CAP stage having last appearing in All Shook Up. When not at the theater, Diane is an attorney with a sole practice in Mineola, NY specializing in Matrimonial, Real estate and Wills and Estates law. She also runs Grossman DVD and is a proud member of the Kings of the Coast Pirate Show. Diane has been involved with CAP for over 15 years as a director, stage manager, performer, counselor and “stage Mom”. Some favorite roles include: Female authority figure (Spring Awakening), Miss Hannigan (Annie), Mrs. McAfee (Bye Bye Birdie), Ms. Darbus (High School Musical), Prudy (Hairspray) and the Wicked Witch (Wizard of Oz) although she does love a good ensemble show such as Ragtime or A New Brain or stage managing shows such as Dogfight, Spelling Bee or the upcoming American Idiot. Thanks, as always, to Bruce, Jon, Eliana and Jared for the opportunity to work with such an outstanding cast of old friends and new, and gratitude for the hard work of the wonderful crew of this show. It is, once again, my great joy to be onstage with my son, Michael, who is playing Chuck in this production, and all my other “kids” who know I adore them. Love to Pete and my Samantha, Tom, Lisa and Jerry for putting up with my insane schedule.
